San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and organized Desk Nurse / Nurse Supervisor to join our clinical leadership team on a part-time basis.

  • Schedule: Part-Time

  • Pay Rate: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily nursing operations and assist with clinical coordination.

  • Provide guidance, support, and supervision to nursing staff.

  • Ensure physician orders, care plans, and treatments are implemented accurately.

  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate significant changes to the interdisciplinary team.

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and clinical documentation.

  • Promote compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and infection prevention standards.

  • Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  • Support quality assurance initiatives and maintain a safe, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • Current California LVN or RN license in good standing.

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.

  • Prior charge nurse, desk nurse, or supervisory experience is highly desirable.

  • Strong leadership, communication, clinical, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage a fast-paced clinical environment.

  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
