Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily nursing operations and assist with clinical coordination.
Provide guidance, support, and supervision to nursing staff.
Ensure physician orders, care plans, and treatments are implemented accurately.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate significant changes to the interdisciplinary team.
Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and clinical documentation.
Promote compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and infection prevention standards.
Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Support quality assurance initiatives and maintain a safe, resident-centered environment.
Qualifications
Current California LVN or RN license in good standing.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.
Prior charge nurse, desk nurse, or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and effectively manage a fast-paced clinical environment.
