  • Partner with the UX Operations Manager to shape and maintain efficient team workflows, rituals, and practices.
  • Drive planning, coordination, and delivery of design programs, cross-functional initiatives, and team priorities.
  • Improve operational tooling and infrastructure—maintaining Figma libraries, documentation, issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira), and dashboards.
  • Champion consistency and documentation across the UX team ensuring shared knowledge is accessible, up to date, and scalable.
  • Providing line management, coaching and mentorship for 1-2 direct reports.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A strong background in UX/Product Design, UX Program Management, or similar roles in a product or design organisation.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end product design workflows, tools (Figma, Notion, Jira, etc.), and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience supporting or managing Design Systems in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong design thinking skills with a pragmatic approach to iteration, experimentation and research.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and facilitation skills—able to manage details while keeping big-picture goals in mind.
  • Comfort working across multiple projects, stakeholders, and levels of ambiguity.
