We’re looking for a Designer/Content Creator to join Heart Haus, the internal agency within CVS Health to ideate, design and create social content to connect with our audience and achieve specific goals, such as brand awareness or engagement. 

You will ideate and create high-quality social content for projects across brand and marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with our overall marketing objectives. You will have strong design skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the necessary production skills that enable you to bring your ideas to life on various social platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a portfolio filled with relevant design and creative examples. Portfolio link or creative examples must be submitted with resume for consideration.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ideate and create engaging content that aligns with brand vision, standards and guidelines.

  • Provide clear visual direction for assigned projects.

  • Create top-notch visual assets (videos, photos, graphics, etc.)

  • Research and stay on top of trends and trending social content.

  • Partner with writing peers on creative storytelling, both written and visual.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing strategies.

  • Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with peers and business teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Portfolio links or creative samples must be included with resume for consideration.

  • Minimum 3-5 years working as a designer.

  • Experience ideating and creating content for various social platforms, including shooting and editing videos.

  • Experience with animation and motion graphics.

  • Ability to understand a marketing brief and translate that input into ideas.

  • Ability to work independently or within a small working group.

  • Strong collaboration skills.

  • Team player with enthusiasm, positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

  • Must have the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback.

  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient with Figma.

  • Proficient on a Mac and with Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of working for a large, complex client organization and/or creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations.

  • Experience creating social content for health and wellness, beauty and personal care is a plus.

  • Experience with MRM tools (i.e. Workfront).

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Social Media or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
