Primary Responsibilities:
- Design Execution Across Channels
- Design on-brand content assets for digital and social media, email and SMS, direct mail, thought leadership materials (white paper layouts, webinar slides), and event assets using established templates and guidelines
- Adapt complex healthcare and product information into clear, accessible visual layouts for U.S. audiences
- Accessibility, Compliance & Accuracy
- Apply accessibility best practices including color contrast, typography, hierarchy, and alt text in alignment with WCAG standards
- Ensure required compliance and legal annotations are correctly applied and positioned in design assets
- Template Usage & File Management
- Build, maintain, and update reusable templates and component files as directed by senior designers
- Maintain strong file hygiene including layer organization, styles, naming conventions, and version control within DAM/CMS systems
- Quality Assurance & Review Support
- Execute design QA checks prior to submission for brand, accuracy, and readability
- Route assets for brand, compliance, and legal approvals and efficiently incorporate feedback while documenting revisions
- Collaboration & Production Support
- Partner with copywriters and content managers to align visual hierarchy with approved messaging
- Deliver assets correctly sized and formatted for paid and organic platforms, marketing automation tools, and distribution channels
- Event Support & Campaign Handoffs
- Support event content production including brochures, booth screens, decks, and print-ready files
- Prepare production-ready handoffs including export settings, link and QR checks, and UTM-supported assets in collaboration with campaign teams
- Performance Awareness
- Collaborate with campaign teams to track basic creative performance indicators
- Apply feedback and insights to improve future design executions
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience with 3+ years of marketing design experience
- Experience working within established brand systems and enterprise templates
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools
- Familiarity with DAM/CMS platforms and accessibility requirements
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and information design with high attention to detail
- Proven effective collaborator who is receptive to structured feedback and approval workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare, pharmacy, or enterprise B2B/B2C marketing experience
- Proven motion graphics or basic video editing skills
- Proven comfort working in an offshore delivery model supporting U.S. stakeholders
- Proven solid organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven exposure to regulated industries
