We’re looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Footwear Designer to join our design team. If you’re inspired by global fashion, love working with shapes, materials and textures, and enjoy turning ideas into wearable, functional products, this could be an excellent opportunity to advance your career in footwear design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research emerging fashion, culture, and design trends
  • Translate trends and ideas into fresh, commercially viable footwear concepts
  • Collaborate closely with our development and materials team (based in Asia) to bring your designs to life
  • Participate in fittings and prototype reviews to refine product details
  • Manage your design projects from initial sketch to final product delivery
  • Maintain awareness of the market demands and consumer expectations to ensure relevance and originality

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in footwear design and product development
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Confident in sketching (digital or by hand) and developing compelling visual presentations
  • Experience across multiple footwear categories (heels, boots, sneakers, etc.) is a plus
  • Confident working with materials, silhouettes, and colour stories
  • Strong original design aesthetics with a modern, trend-aware perspective
  • Open-minded, curious, and eager to contribute to a shared creative vision
  • Receptive to feedback and adaptable in your approach
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Able to balance creativity with deadlines and deliverables
  • Collaborative team player and team builder
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with product development teams to drive projects forward
  • Passionate about design, functionality, and the consumer experience
  • Fun, vibrant, and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to be relocate to Singapore, if applicable
