Job Description

We're looking for a Junior Designer to join the team for one of the biggest brands in Mexico. Reporting to the Sr Design Manager, this is an amazing opportunity to work alongside a team with next-level creative efficiency. We are looking for an ambitious designer to join our team.

How we'd describe the day-to-day:

• Create digital assets
• Mailing adaptation
• Daily comms and interaction throughout the day within your assigned team.
• Layers of support from sr. design manager, production leaders up to senior management.
• Structured workflow through Slack

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in mailing, CRM, adaptation.
• Proficient across the whole Adobe Suite with a particular flair for Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
• Figma experience.
• A mixture of skills across static design. Basic understanding of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
• The ability to create your own assets from scratch.
• Experience designing across an array of social media platforms with a relevant portfolio of examples.
• A background of interning in an agency or brand environment, social focused agency a plus.
• Previous knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus.
• HTML knowledge.
• Brilliant layout and typography skills
• Brand savvy—knows when to add their style but can design within the brand guidelines
• An overall team player who works collaboratively
