A leading insurance client is seeking an experienced Designer with a strong background in graphic design, UI/UX design, and creative development. You will be responsible for creating designs for marketing materials that enhance user engagement and align with brand standards. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that drive engagement and meet both user and business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop UI/UX mockups and prototypes.
- Develop visually compelling designs for marketing materials (emails, SMS, landing pages) leveraging tech accelerators such as Generative Al.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Collaborate with the UX and copywriting teams to enhance user engagement.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Produce design iterations based on feedback and performance data.
- Stay updated on design trends and apply best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or related design discipline is required.
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Proficient in design tools like Figma.
- Up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends, technologies, and best practices.
