Edelman Studio is our in-house creative production and design team, delivering visual communications across integrated campaigns, digital experiences, social content, branding, presentations and new business. We work across multiple markets, industries and cultures, partnering with teams around the world to produce work that is strategically driven, creatively strong and relevant to local audiences.
The Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2–5 years’ experience to join Edelman Studio in Riyadh, supporting our portfolio of clients across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
The role will have a strong focus on Arabic-first design, creating engaging visual communications that work effectively for local audiences while maintaining high standards of craft, brand consistency and visual storytelling.
Working alongside Creative Leads, Client Leads and Production teams, you will create work across integrated campaigns, digital, social, branding, presentations and print, as well as supporting new business pitches and RFP responses.
You will be comfortable taking a brief from concept through to final artwork, developing clear and engaging visual solutions, and adapting global creative for Arabic-language and regional audiences.
This role is suited to a collaborative designer who is developing their craft, enjoys working across different types of design briefs and is comfortable balancing creativity with the pace and practical requirements of client delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creative assets across digital, social, print and integrated campaigns.
- Support the development of visual concepts for client work, campaigns and new business opportunities.
- Create layouts, illustrations, infographics, social assets, icons, templates and campaign materials that communicate ideas clearly.
- Design and format presentation decks for client meetings, executive communications, pitches and RFP submissions.
- Create and adapt Arabic-first creative, with strong consideration for Arabic typography, layout, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
- Adapt global and regional creative for Saudi and Middle East audiences while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.
- Apply and evolve client brand guidelines across multiple channels and formats.
- Translate creative briefs into clear, polished design solutions from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Work closely with Creative Leads, Client Leads and Production teams throughout the design and feedback process.
- Prepare artwork and production-ready files to a consistently high standard.
- Manage multiple briefs, rounds of feedback and deadlines within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Support new business and pitch activity when required.
- Explore AI-assisted creative tools to improve efficiency and support the creative process.
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within a creative agency, design studio or similarly fast-paced environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, branding, campaign and visual communication work.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
- Strong capability in Arabic-language and Arabic-first design, including an understanding of how Arabic typography and layouts differ from English-language creative.
- Experience interpreting creative briefs and developing engaging visual solutions.
- Experience adapting designs across different formats, platforms, languages and audiences.
- Experience working on client-facing projects.
- Good attention to detail and confidence preparing polished artwork for review and final delivery.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Advantageous Skills
- Experience designing presentation decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools.
- Experience working across regional or international brands.
- Basic knowledge of motion design or After Effects would be an advantage.
