What User Experience Design contributes to Cardinal Health
Join our Global HR Services UX team to shape how employees experience HR. We design intuitive, accessible solutions that make HR processes simple and engaging for thousands of employees worldwide. Help drive design efforts for our HR portal, crafting intuitive experiences that make everyday tasks seamless and transforming how employees interact with HR systems—simplifying complex processes and enabling quick, confident access to what they need.
Responsibilities include:
Design and deliver content that helps employees complete HR tasks easily
Simplify complexity — turn intricate processes into clear, actionable steps
Collaborate across teams to align solutions with business and employee needs
Create wireframes and partner with developers to bring designs
Qualifications
4-8 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
English level: advanced / fluent
Solid writing skills in English and Spanish
Key experience:
End-to-end UX expertise — from discovery through usability testing
Content design and writing skills — creating clear, helpful articles and guides
Collaboration mindset — partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver solutions
Accessibility focus — familiarity with WCAG and inclusive design principles
Data-driven approach — using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design
