Role OverviewThe Designer Software Technology Leader provides division-level leadership for BIM standards, software workflows, model coordination, and document management platforms while also supporting project execution on selected large and medium-sized projects. This role connects strategy and delivery by helping the Evansville team use BIM tools consistently, improve collaboration across disciplines, and apply practical technology solutions during design and construction administration.
The scope of this role includes both divisional and project responsibilities. Divisional responsibilities focus on standards, governance, training, software strategy, workflow improvement, and knowledge sharing across the Evansville team. Project responsibilities focus on applying those standards and tools to active work, including BIM execution planning, model coordination, clash detection, drawing setup, scan integration, and communication with Project Managers during design and construction administration.
