Fabletics is currently looking for a Designer – Scrubs.

How do you fit in?

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-driven Designer to join our growing Scrubs Design Team. This role is ideal for a designer with 3–4 years of experience in an apparel design role, strong CAD and technical design capabilities, and a passion for function-meets-purpose design.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and excels at executing design direction in close collaboration with the Head of Design, while demonstrating a strong understanding of Tech Design principles and design-owned development tools to support best-in-class execution

This position will report to the Sr. Director, Design – Scrubs.

What you will do:

  • Execute seasonal Scrubs collections in collaboration with the Head of Design and broader Design team to meet calendar milestones

  • Work in a highly collaborative manner with cross-functional partners to ensure timelines, deliverables, and brand needs are met

  • Collaborate with Head of Design to create mood boards, color boards and concept presentation to align with quarterly review

  • Create highly detailed sketches and CADs communicating design and fit intent

  • Design with strong understanding of construction, fit, and brand standards

  • Maintain and update design-owned BOMs with accuracy

  • Navigate Centric PLM for design updates (experience a plus)

  • Partner with Tech Design to support execution and monitor outcomes

  • Work effectively with cross-functional factory partners to provide clear design direction and support delivery expectations throughout development

  • Review samples and fittings for design accuracy and fit alignment

  • Support some graphic design elements such as trims and branding

  • Maintain organized design files and documentation

What you can bring:

  • 3–4 years of experience in an apparel design role

  • Strong understanding of Tech Design principles and workflows

  • Ability to manage design-owned BOMs in PLM systems (Centric a plus)

  • Advanced CAD skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and problem-solve within a business-driven environment

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

*Varied for retail, fulfillment and fully remote roles. 

The annual base salary range for this position is from $76,000-$85,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
