Job Description:
Experienced Mechanical Designer with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in mechanical engineering design and drafting using Siemens UG NX CAD software, detailed design, manufacturing drawings and Bill of Materials release.
Assist in visualizing and defining design of new machines, sections, systems/units, and any related alterations to other structures/parts.
Prepare simple layouts/drawings using CAD tools; evaluate design to verify fit and function with due consideration for manufacturing feasibility, cost and operation.
May collaborate with engineering to ensure pertinent engineering calculations for materials, stresses, clearances or other factors, involving use of advanced mathematics and current CAD technologies.
Prepare bills of material, assembly and detailed drawings, pneumatic schematics and other data utilizing CAD tools.
Analyze and review basic requests for engineering changes using task/check lists and other design documents; adherence to project milestones with accurate execution.

- Printing, Packaging, Converting, Textile, Paper machinery, discrete product machinery SPM’s from
- Heavy engineering (construction machinery excluded)
- Electronics & Semiconductor
- Medical and biotech
- Advanced manufacturing and robotics
- Aerospace and Defence
- Specialized industrial operations
- Advanced finishing and precision
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Minimum of eight (5) years of experience.
Experience in OEM’s preferable.
Experience with machine Installation / Commissioning / Troubleshooting
