Job Description

To contribute to a positive workforce experience through innovative learning solutioning to address business requirements. Partner with relevant stakeholders on allocated projects; driving efficiencies, agility & commercial viability by optimising technology in the design & development of integrated learning solutions. Interpret future requirements & shifts in CoE practice, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritising & ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives implemented, to address needs.

Essential Functions

Strong grounding in adult learning & compliance learning principles. Compliance learning demands accuracy, defensibility, and behaviour change, not just content delivery

Proven instructional design capability for digital learning. AI accelerates design, it does not replace instructional judgment

Support a digital innovation learning approach by linking learning objectives to the Standard Bank competency library framework and developing appropriate learning experiences to address capability and performance gaps; make suggestions regarding Group core and universal learning experiences to supplement the business specific learning initiatives.

Hands‑on experience with e‑learning authoring tools. Automation only works if the person understands the end product

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Social Sciences

Experience Required
Learning

5-7 years
Demonstrated workplace experience within the area of specialisation with evidence of contribution to the P&C practice.

1-2 years

Demonstrated experience working with Generative AI tools (MS Co Pilot, PowerApps etc.) and using prompt engineering techniques to deliver learning solutions
