Title:
Designer - InstrumentationKBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Instrumentation Designer to support the P84/85 FPSO project.
An Instrumentation Designer will be responsible for developing detailed engineering designs, drawings, and documentation for instrumentation and control systems in projects. The role supports engineering teams by ensuring accurate design, compliance with standards, and integration with process and control requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Cable routing and tray layouts
- Instrument location layouts
- Cable Tray supports modelling
- Support 3D modelling activities using tools like SP3D, PDMS, or E3D
- Ensure proper documentation and revision control of all design outputs
- Assist in material take-offs (MTO) and preparation of bill of materials
Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Education requirement must match PROFILE CODE
- 5-10 Years of required experience
- Must be able to understand Instrumentation design concepts.
- Professional level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications specifically: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word
Preferred Qualifications Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Experience in EPC projects or detailed engineering
- Experience in SP3D, PDMS or E3D
- Proficient in AutoCAD
