Associate Designer

Seeking a creative, self-motivated individual with a keen visual sense and a passion for design. The ability to create clear, compelling designs across several mediums and channels in a fast-paced environment is a must. Self-starters, outside-of-the-box thinkers, and team players are encouraged.
This position will assist in the conceptualization and execution of visual designs that are innovative, effective, on time, and meet all requirements.

Create compelling visual designs for any/all commerce and partnership programs focusing mainly on the digital space. Including but not limited to emails, banner ads, branded promotional content, affiliate programs, space ads, website design, and special projects. Work closely with creative directors to ensure the visual designs are clearly understood and the execution encompasses all requirements and best practices.

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or equivalent training and/or experience
Experience:
1+ years of agency or marketing design experience preferred. Directly related internships and academic work may be considered instead of experience.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Hands-on experience and proficiency with image editing software - Adobe Creative Cloud or Affinity. Figma knowledge is a plus.
Understanding of advertising, promotion, and graphic design.
Strong Aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts with attention to visual details.
Excellent command of language, editing, and proofreading.
Must effectively manage many projects at once and work well under tight deadlines.
