Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Designer to join our Brand Creative team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You are a self-starter and team player who can quickly identify design trends to create engaging visual solutions.
  • You will be responsible for developing creative assets that align with our brand goals and for driving visual storytelling across our Co-Lab, Artist, and Capsule collections to elevate our brand presence.

Job Description

Content Creation

  • Translate brand creative vision into effective design solutions that motivate, inspire, educate, and drive sales.
  • Develop creative assets that effectively tell the stories of the Co-Lab, Artist, and Capsule collections, tailored to the target market.
  • Identify and leverage suitable channels for diverse content types and platforms.
  • Design products for Co-Labs and other collections that align with and serve our brand purpose.
  • Execute projects independently from conception to final delivery.

Research and Newness

  • Stay in touch with design trends, research new ideas, and initiate new creative executions to elevate the brand and position it as an innovative company.
  • Be culturally up to date and respond with relevant content.

Teamwork

  • Able to work well within a team while under pressure, with a flexible attitude.
  • Work with creative leads and peers to foster an open, collaborative work culture.
  • Maintain an organized working structure and filing system.
  • Communicate and work closely with the Marketing and Project Management teams.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience; e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency background is a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skilled inca motion graphics with the ability to convey compelling brand narratives.
  • Solid understanding of core design principles. Strong design aesthetic with a sophisticated sense of typography.
  • Demonstrates creative storytelling consistent with CASETiFY’s brand identity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and positive team player who thrives under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English.
  • Well-organized with basic project management capabilities.
