SUMMARY:

As an Associate Graphic Designer on the Email Creative team, you will be responsible for designing promotional emails targeted to both Loyalty and regular customers in the United States. These designs are primarily created using Figma, supported by the Emailify plugin, and enhanced with dynamic elements through Movable Ink, such as countdown timers, polls, and personalized content. You will also utilize tools from the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, to develop animations, retouch images, and create vector assets that elevate the visual impact of each campaign.

Your role involves managing email projects through Workfront, following a structured workflow that includes multiple review stages with internal teams. You will participate in weekly team meetings to review and refine ongoing email designs. In addition to email design, you occasionally support other departments by enhancing presentations and visual materials, contributing to a cohesive and professional brand experience across the organization. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality digital communications that engage and inspire our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and edit graphics for email and digital marketing campaigns including photo retouching, AI image generation, and motion graphics animations
  • Integrate dynamic content into email designs using Movable Ink, including countdown timers, polls, and personalized elements to enhance engagement
  • Export web optimized images, populate html templates, and ensure emails render correctly across major email clients and devices
  • Manage email projects through Workfront (project management system), following a structured approval workflow and participating in weekly team reviews to ensure quality and alignment
  • Consistently meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy, creativity, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain brand consistency
  • Assist in developing creative concepts and layouts
  •  Ensure all designs meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices
  • Create and maintain onboarding materials to support new team members and ensure consistency in design processes and standards

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative abilities
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of design principles and typography
  • Capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, meeting aggressive deadlines, prioritizing appropriately, and responding to issues quickly and creatively with an open and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and a drive to delivering high-quality work
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in technical and user-friendly language.
  • Experience working with Figma is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with basic HTML and CSS is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with motion graphics is preferred, but not require
