The Role

Serving as a UX/UI Designer for one of Signet's product domains, you will create and deliver well-crafted, holistic design solutions including high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and motion design that align to our users' needs and business objectives. Designing in scalable systems, the UI designer will consider the impacts of their design decisions and present these ideas during design critiques. This role is responsible for translating our brands' design languages into the user interface using modern, appropriately on-trend, user-centric solutions. Partnering closely with other designers, developers and product managers, you will ensure your design intent is carried through to production.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed and production-ready design artifacts that align to our design strategy, product road map, and vision. This includes user flows, wire frames, high fidelity interface design, motion design, and supporting design documentation.
• Understand customer goals, business requirements, technical constraints, and work within project parameters. Partner with our stakeholders to gain deeper insights and pragmatic solutions to the problems we are solving.
• Present objectives, design approaches, and creative solutions to stakeholders in an articulate and persuasive manner.
• Support the design team's growth through education, experimentation, and staying on top of the latest industry trends.
• Performs additional duties and projects as assigned
• Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of UX/UI experience
• UX, UI, or Product Design, retail experience preferred
• Tools: Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Facilitating Design Workshops, Information Architecture, User Interface Design, Motion Design, Design Management, Agile, JIRA, Invision Enterprise, Figma, Motion Design or Prototyping Software, Miro
