UNITY GENERALIST – LEAD TECHNICAL ARTIST
Stage 11 is looking for a multi-talented Unity Generalist - Lead Technical Artist comfortable with all aspects of Unity development, including AR/VR.

What you’ll do:
● Be the resident Unity domain expert for game assets and optimized in-game content.
● Help define, implement and optimize asset production workflows, both outside and within the engine.
● Responsible for ensuring appropriate authoring of content for real-time applications.
● Work with the art team across all disciplines to deliver best-of-class visuals on the platform, within performance profiles and playback budgets. 
● Prepare and validate Assets to be executed by remote outsource partners.

What you’ll bring: 
● 5+ years in Digital Content Creation for Animation, VFX, or Games.
● 3+ years of pipeline and/or tools scripting experience.
● 3+ years in Unity Game Development, preferably in a AAA context.
● Deep knowledge of all things Unity.
● Strong knowledge of Content Creation pipelines, automation, and workflows.
● Experience with version control systems (Perforce, Git, Shotgun.) and Unity collaboration best practices.
● Solid understanding of rigging, animation, and deformation.
● Comfortable with Levels and Environments and Effects, but Characters is where your passion and expertise lies.
