At EveryAction, our User Experience Designers are responsible for the usability of our Action Platform. Taking a user-centered design approach, we craft digital solutions that enable progressive organizations, and their supporters to create a more just, inclusive, caring and democratic society. We are looking for a Sr. UX/Product Designer whose is passionate about building a user-centered design culture to expanded and strengthen our UX team.
What You'll Do

  • Build strong partnerships with product management and engineering peers to drive strong solutions
  • Use innovative problem solving and critical thinking approaches to proactively solve a broad range of user experience problems
  • Create necessary UX artifacts to foster mutual understanding of current state and future solutions
  • Facilitate collaborative working sessions & workshops for various purposes
  • Present research findings, concepts, and/or UX solutions to stakeholders and department leadership
  • Uphold user-centered design principles and evangelize its value to stakeholders, cross-department teams, and subject matter experts
  • Lead and mentor; contribute to the growth of the UX team and foster a collaborative team spirit
  • Help with hiring and establishing a design culture within the company


Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience as a User Experience practitioner with demonstrated skills in UX research, Information Architecture, & Interaction Design.
  • Experience using customer data (qualitative or quantitative) to inform design and product decisions
  • Excellent collaborator - adapting to feedback from both users and internal stakeholders, building stronger products as a result
  • Solid problem solver with demonstrated ability to articulate the problem, the solution, and approach - bringing others along through the process.


Bonus Points (Not required)

  • Those who have crafted experiences making complex data models and workflows simple for the end user
  • Experiencing utilizing design systems to determine final user interface specifications
