At EveryAction, our User Experience Designers are responsible for the usability of our Action Platform. Taking a user-centered design approach, we craft digital solutions that enable progressive organizations, and their supporters to create a more just, inclusive, caring and democratic society. We are looking for a Sr. UX/Product Designer whose is passionate about building a user-centered design culture to expanded and strengthen our UX team.
What You'll Do

Build strong partnerships with product management and engineering peers to drive strong solutions
Use innovative problem solving and critical thinking approaches to proactively solve a broad range of user experience problems
Create necessary UX artifacts to foster mutual understanding of current state and future solutions
Facilitate collaborative working sessions & workshops for various purposes
Present research findings, concepts, and/or UX solutions to stakeholders and department leadership
Uphold user-centered design principles and evangelize its value to stakeholders, cross-department teams, and subject matter experts
Lead and mentor; contribute to the growth of the UX team and foster a collaborative team spirit
Help with hiring and establishing a design culture within the company

Who You Are

5+ years of experience as a User Experience practitioner with demonstrated skills in UX research, Information Architecture, & Interaction Design.
Experience using customer data (qualitative or quantitative) to inform design and product decisions
Excellent collaborator - adapting to feedback from both users and internal stakeholders, building stronger products as a result
Solid problem solver with demonstrated ability to articulate the problem, the solution, and approach - bringing others along through the process.

Bonus Points (Not required)

Those who have crafted experiences making complex data models and workflows simple for the end user
Experiencing utilizing design systems to determine final user interface specifications
