Are you passionate about blue jeans? Does the idea of creating the perfect jeans excite you? We're looking for highly qualified designers to join our growing Denim Team to help create the best blue jeans. From fit to fabric and wash, we are looking for individuals obsessed with detail and quality.
Your day-to-day tasks
- Direct report to VP of Product & Design.
- Work with the head of department to concept and develop Buck Mason collection.
- Conduct product, wash, fit, and fabric research for seasonal concepts.
- Execute technical sketches for initial technical packages.
- Attend fittings and update all design and development information.
- Work with the head of department to coordinate fabric and trim development.
You have

Buck Mason designs updated, modern American classics for daily wear. Founded in 2013 by Sasha Koehn and Erik Allen, who were neighbors in Venice, California, they initially set up shop in a 350 square foot garage off Abbot Kinney Boulevard. Using old school manufacturing techniques combined with modern technology, they took an architectural approach to the product with the goal of making fashion less complicated, building each piece to last beyond a single season. Much of their product is made in the USA, where you can often find Sasha and Erik on the factory floor.
