Greenlight is an Atlanta-based fintech company that makes a debit card for kids and companion apps for the family. We are looking for a Game Designer with a passion for creating great products for great people (in our case, kids, and their parents). What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with the product, engineering and marketing teams responsible for our interactive financial learning platform.
• Work closely with stakeholders to lead the design and implementation of a cohesive visual style for in-app educational experiences
• Communicate vision, guide execution, and ensure on-brand delivery of assets at a high level of quality
• Seek out cultural trends to expand creative opportunities for our target audiences
• Educate and advocate for emotional and conceptual cohesiveness across brand, marketing, product, and content.
• Identify and evangelize for injecting moments of joy into our communications, culture and product. 

What you should bring:

• You have a strong visual eye/sensibility.
• You have experience creating illustrations for digital products.
• You think strategically but also deliver on the little details
• You can work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
• You can shepherd complex projects from start to finish, bringing stakeholders and partners along for the journey. 
• You have a deep curiosity about how and why people learn - and how they respond to visual and emotional cues.
• You are highly proficient with current visual tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc).
• You have experience designing for a very wide array of audiences, including school-age children, teenagers, young adults, and adults.
• You have a rich and diverse portfolio showing evidence of different types of projects, visual maturity, and attention to nuance. 
• Bonus: You have experience with Cinema 4D, Maya or Blender
