Overview: 

NJOY is seeking an experienced and collaborative Graphic Designer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in the creative/design process at NJOY. The Graphic Designer will be expected to execute strategic design solutions and support the development of internal and external creative/design requests. This role is remote.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Design a variety of print and digital materials in partnership with various retail partners
• Design packaging materials in partnership with internal teams
• Support the iteration, development and execution of brand identity systems and brand guidelines as appropriate
• Articulate, educate on, and develop creative designs for, current and conceptual brand design choices to help meet business objectives
• Participate in all phases of brand design work from concept to roll-out, including partnering closely with other teams to ensure successful and compliant implementation and commercialization
• Promote continual creative improvement and contribute to a culture of craftsmanship, excellence, and accountability
• Support and execute on other organizational design projects as requested

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of design/creative experience, including print
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in design, or related field
• Highly organized and structured
• Excellent communicator and listener
• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details
• Proficiency in the Adobe suite care programs: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Appreciates business need for, and able to deliver, work within tight timelines
• Must be receptive to feedback and excellent at integrating feedback into designs

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience designing consumer-facing products
• Agency or start-up background
• Experience in regulated industry
