We’re looking for an incredible leader to join our Creative team and help form, manage, and mentor  a driven group of producers and project managers. 

As Director of Creative Practices, you will not only be in charge of the team’s backbone of PMs and producers, you will work hand-in-hand with senior leadership to help form and manage an ever growing slate of creative initiatives from product and feature launches to creative campaign work including TV, activations, and brand content.

This position reports to the Executive Creative Director.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a team of project managers and creative producers tasked with bringing everything from small product deliverables to global brand campaigns to life.
• Develop, implement, and enforce process within the intake, management, and delivery of creative assets and campaigns.
• Build strong relationships throughout the marketing team to ensure stakeholders are fully aware of, and invested in the creative team’s work.
• Take lead on the team’s budget and be point person for all questions the ECD or other leaders may have about team spend.

• A proven history of managing large teams of project managers and producers.
• Deep experience in managing large-scale integrated campaigns.
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to communicate complex processes across disciplines.
