The role:

The Brand Team is seeking an experienced, collaborative designer to join our growing team of creatives. You will work alongside other designers, writers, and business partners to concept and execute creative across print and digital media. The output of this work brings the WeWork brand to life through sales materials, email, OOH campaigns, events, and video.  

Our ideal teammate has an advanced understanding of design fundamentals related to typography, grid, layout, and color, which is demonstrated through a design portfolio of relevant project work. You must be a strong conceptual thinker, comfortable with ambiguity, and have a background in corporate identity systems. 

Responsibilities:

• Work within WeWork brand standards to ideate, refine, and execute visual concepts
• Clearly articulate design rationale to cross-functional partners and executive leadership
• Collaborate with marketing partners to design global and localized sales materials 
• Assist the broader creative team on production of multi-channel campaigns
• Keep projects on track, expertly manage personal workflow, schedules, and deadlines
• Approach all projects through a strategic lens—systems-thinking and storytelling skillset

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Have 1-3 years of experience at a creative agency or in-house brand team 
• Advanced understanding of typography, grid, layout, and color
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Google Slides
• Calm under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity 
• Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter
• Clear and effective written and verbal communicator
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related visual communication design field
