Job Summary: As a Design Tech candidate, you will have the exciting opportunity to kick-start your engineering design career by contributing to real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience, and collaborating with a team of skilled professionals. Whether you are a student eager to apply classroom knowledge or a recent graduate seeking practical exposure, our roles offer a chance to enhance your engineering design skills while making a meaningful impact on our ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist our engineering and design teams in various phases of project development, from concept design to implementation.
- Deliverables: With oversight, produce quality deliverables, including:
- General Notes
- Plans
- Elevations
- Details
- Schedules
- Typical details
- 3D Views
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, and meeting notes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering to ensure seamless project execution.
- Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and insights to address engineering design challenges.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: High school graduate. Candidates currently enrolled in an accredited engineering design/CAD program are welcome to apply.
- Passion for Engineering Design: Strong interest in engineering design and a desire to build a successful career in the engineering design field.
- Technical Skills: Ability to learn engineering design tools and software.
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically to overcome engineering design challenges.
- Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
- Initiative: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
