Design Sales Consultant — Window Treatments
We're a high-end window treatment company looking for a confident, client-focused Design & Sales Consultant who thrives on turning a homeowner's vision into something beautiful and closing the deal. You're in clients' homes, building trust, designing custom solutions, and seeing your work installed.
Orland Park, IL | Full-Time | On-Site
Schedule
M–F, 9 AM–5 PM - occasional Saturdays
What You'll Earn
- $75K+ your first year | $100K+ by year two
- Base + uncapped commission or 100% commission - you decide.

- Run in-home design consultations, take precise measurements, and present tailored window treatment solutions
- Follow up on quotes and close sales
- Manage project paperwork and keep your CRM up to date
- Build your presence through social media engagement
- Check in on installs to ensure every client is thrilled
- Nurture referrals and spot new opportunities
