Design Sales Consultant
We are a high-achieving, family-oriented window treatment company focused on luxury interior and exterior home design products. We are seeking a polished, consultative Design Sales Consultant to generate leads, close sales, and build lasting client relationships.
Location: Lebanon, TN 37090 (100% in-office + client sites)
What You’ll Get:
- On Target Earnings: $75K–$95K in Year 1
- Company vehicle with gas paid
- 10 PTO days with accrual beginning first day and usable after 60 days
- 6 paid holidays
- M-F, 7:30a-5p
- Training provided for the first 90 days
- Hands-on mentorship and daily guidance in both interior and exterior sales
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads and follow up on company-provided leads and inquiries
- Conduct in-home sales consultations and measurements using a laser
- Build relationships with clients, designers, and construction professionals
- Close in-home sales while maintaining a consultative, customer-focused approach
- Network at home shows and local events to create new business opportunities
- Perform precise measurements with a laser to ensure accurate renderings and flawless installations
- Order products, coordinate installations, and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage leads that may come from out-of-state clients
Who You Are:
- Consultative sales experience with a strong understanding of the sales process
- Experience in luxury, design-oriented sales; interior or exterior products preferred
- Networking experience and social media/content marketing skills
- Polished, professional presence with strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to meet client needs with integrity and detail-oriented execution
- Self-starter who is adaptable and willing to learn
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors for exterior product installations
- Tech-savvy and ability to use G-Suite, iPad, and CRM platforms
