What You’ll SellCustom window treatments: blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery

Consistent M–F schedule, 9 AM–5 PM
Lead in-home design consultations, measure with precision, and present tailored solutions
Follow up on quotes and close deals
Manage paperwork and update CRM for all projects
Build awareness through social media engagement
Check in on installs to ensure client satisfaction
Participate in weekly production meetings and ongoing training
Nurture referral relationships and identify new opportunities
Passion for design and proven sales success
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Confidence representing a brand online and in person
Comfort with CRM and workflow tools
A self-starter mindset in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
Bonus: experience selling window treatments or similar products
