We’re looking for an exceptional Design Sales Professional to join our close-knit team.
Location: Southold, NY - 100% on-site
What You’ll Get:
- $50k base + commission on high end products
- Projected Earnings Year 1: $72,000-$95,000, $100k+ in Year 2
- Single insurance with 70% coverage
- Pension plan with 2% company contribution
- 2 weeks PTO + 10 paid holidays
- Full-time hours including occasional Saturdays

- Guide clients through our curated offerings of custom drapes, roman shades, motorized solutions, Hunter Douglas products, wallpaper, cushions, carpets, furniture, and beyond.
- Help clients envision and bring to life their dream spaces — whether they walk in with a clear plan or just an idea.
- Work both on the showroom floor - you’ll be helping walk-in clients 1-4 times a day in addition to in-home appointments.
- Become a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson — you’ll be listening, learning, and co-creating with every client.
- Take full responsibility for the sales process, from the initial consultation and quoting to order placement and follow-up. Our team will support you every step of the way.
- Use provided leads to develop meaningful relationships with clients. Ensure repeat and referral business by offering exceptional service and high-quality recommendations.
- A go-getter with an eye for great design (formal degree not required — but passion is a must)
- Technologically savvy — you embrace new tools and ideas that make processes better and faster
- Solution-minded — when a challenge arises, your first instinct is “How can we make this work?”
- Professional and trustworthy — clients love working with you because you care
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar design tools
- A background in the interior design world
- A love for staying current with trends and innovations in home design
