- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CAD software and engineering documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience:
- Assess engineering designs to verify alignment with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Examining engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications for accuracy and completeness and ensuring project adherence to standards.
- Identifying potential design issues and recommending improvements.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve technical discrepancies or deviations, coordinating with field office design teams to implement solutions.
- Ability to meticulously review complex documents and identify potential design failures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, manufacturing, quality assurance, and project managers).
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company protocols.
- Participating in design review meetings and providing technical feedback.
- Documenting review findings, corrective actions, and approval status.
- Timely project review completion.
- Experience participating in or coordination meetings, constructability reviews, and incident/near-miss investigations.
