We’re looking for a proactive Design Project Lead to own the full design process — from discovery and communication to delivery and support. You’ll guide the team, ensure design quality, contribute creative direction, and mentor designers through hands-on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
You’ll be part of a design team that creates solutions for clients in the financial and healthcare sectors. Our projects focus on improving user experience, simplifying complex workflows, and supporting data-driven decision-making. We’re passionate about building clear, user-friendly designs that bring real value to both users and the business.
Requirements
- Solid English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Proven experience leading design projects and cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of project management fundamentals
- Strong expertise in UX strategy and information architecture
- Sharp eye for detail and UI design quality
- Strong mentoring and team support skills
- Hands-on experience working closely with developers
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience facilitating design workshops is a strong plus
