Key Responsibilities:
- Develop: Design lead magnets, slide packs, eBooks, social media graphics, and more using Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Optimize & Test: Ensure assets are visually appealing, optimized, and compatible across platforms.
- Collaborate: Work with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
- Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.
Requirements:
- Knowledge & Experience: Strong background in digital marketing and 5+ years of design experience or a relevant degree.
- Skills: Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite (B2 English proficiency).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
