角色描述：

Liaison / co-ordinate with clients, landlords, sub-tenants, contractors and consultants to prepare design drawings for fit-out / renovation for offices and retail shops; obtain and confirm client’s brief as necessary; communication and understanding end user’s requirements.

联络/协调客户，业主，分租户，承建商及顾问, 准备合适的办公室和零售商店的装修的设计图纸；获取并确认客户的需求并沟通了解用户的最终要求

角色责任：

• To have more than 10 years’ experience in interior design master case about club, model houses, cottages, mansions, five-star hotels, offices and other high-grade places; To be able to complete the overall planning, design case independently, boldly, innovative. Banking design experience is preferred.

10年以上会所、样版房、别墅、豪宅、五星级酒店、办公室等高档场所室内设计主案设计经验；能独立完成整体策划，独立设计个案，且设计大胆、创新。有银行业设计经验者优先。

• To be responsible for fully communicating with the client about interior design, to plan and execute creative design; to have the ability of talking about the case for the client.

  负责与客户就室内设计方案进行充分沟通，筹划并执行创意设计；有能力与客户讨论设计方案；

• To have the artistic accomplishments and design inspiration, master the oversea advanced design trends, to have a deep understanding about design style.

  有良好的艺术修养和设计灵感，掌握了国内外最前沿的设计潮流，对设计风格有深刻的理解；

• To have controllability of the overall project, management ability, high-efficiency work

  有总项目的统筹把控、管理能力,工作高效；

• To strive for perfection on design, have desires for creativity and originality, have strong sense of responsibility, observation and high understanding.

  设计上力求完美，有很强的创作及创意欲望；有强烈的责任心、观察及悟性高；

• To have working experience in renowned interior design firm, having been worked in a well-known high-end space project is preferred.

具有知名室内设计公司工作经验，有操作过知名高端空间项目的作品案例者优先；

资格和经验：

• Regular full-time college bachelor degree or above, major in interior design or building design

  全日制正规学院本科以上学历,室内设计、建筑设计类专业，

• Experienced in interior design director/manager
• 具有室内设计主管/经理工作经验;

• At least 10 years’ proven experience in design

  至少10年设计经验

• Experienced in site supervision and able to handle site management independently

  有现场监督的经验并能独立处理现场管理工作

• Fluent in both English and Chinese, both spoken and written is a plus

  英文听说读写能力优秀者优先

• Proficient in AUTO CAD、PHOTOSHOP、SKETCH UP 、REVIT、 PPT

精通AUTO CAD、PHOTOSHOP、SKETCH UP 、REVIT、 PPT
