Job Summary:
Develops innovative mechanical and electromechanical products and systems by creating, refining, and validating specifications, concepts, and test methods to ensure performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Essential Functions:
• Engineering Design & Development
Performs system evaluation, mechanical design, equipment modification, and process development to support product and operational improvements.
• Research & Technical Analysis
Analyzes customer requirements, researches manufacturing methods, and interprets data to support informed engineering decisions.
• Collaboration & Values Alignment
Works cross-functionally and upholds organizational core values while fulfilling assigned responsibilities as needed.
• Documentation & Compliance
Generates reports, maintains technical databases, ensures regulatory compliance, and follows established engineering procedures.
• Testing & Validation
Conducts feasibility studies, capability validation, and quality assurance testing to ensure products meet technical and regulatory standards.
• Technical Support & Training
Provides hands-on support, trains technicians, and performs data entry or programming tasks.
Requirements
Education:
Minimum Requirement - Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
5+ years relevant experience.

Applies strong design skills, control engineering knowledge, and conceptual thinking to analyze requirements and develop effective solutions.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer use. The role also involves climbing stairs multiple times per day and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs. Skills Required
