Job Description
Nemera’s teams work on a variety of exciting drug delivery and medical products, and our engineers leverage technology to revolutionize them. Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively as a part of multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, industrial designers, researchers, interaction designers and prototyping experts
- Participate in multi-disciplinary innovation sessions targeted at identifying possible development directions
- Work with senior and principal engineers to investigate concept feasibility using a combination of analytical methods and iterative physical prototyping
- Build and test prototypes to characterize performance
- Translate the output of concept and prototyping efforts into fully realized, detailed designs that are ready for production
- Present technical output and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering
- 0-5 years of professional experience in product development engineering design (consulting or contract experience a plus)
- Familiarity with 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
- Desire to design, build, test, and troubleshoot physical prototypes
- Attention to detail and ability to collaborate with other disciplines
- Willingness to learn and seek out answers

PAY RANGE: $80,000 - $125,000 USD Annual Salary
