Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize and follow up with the team’s validation objectives to reach product maturity.
- Data analysis
- Find solutions and recommendations based on test data
- Communication and clarification of costumer’s technical requirements
- Develop test methods and good practices regarding testing
- Interface with test team
- Develop internal standards and data base for outsourcing suppliers.
- Optimization of test matrix
- Coordination of testing demands with production/operations
Prerequisites :
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience with validation or test planning (preferred but not essential)
- Strong sense of independence
- Great communication skills
- Understanding of mechanical concepts
- Battery knowledge
