As a professional services firm we are seeking a Consultant, Global Talent Acquisition to complement our team. Reporting through to the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, the incumbent’s primary role is to support the successful execution of business and talent attraction strategies through effective sourcing and hiring in North America. This position is geared towards a highly personable, client focused professional with demonstrated subject matter expertise in the hiring process who can provide coaching and guidance on staffing-related items in addition to full cycle recruiting for the opportunities he/she directly owns. The Consultant, Global Talent Acquisition is responsible for interfacing with their assigned business line(s) and collaborating within a team environment to support the business in full-cycle recruiting activities. Join our collaborative HR team and play an integral role delivering talent services.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
• Preparation of basic plant / site layouts, general arrangement drawings, pipeline longitudinal sections, grading, cut and fill calculations, etc.
• To understand design and drafting systems and standards and design development process followed by clients and implement in work
PREFFERED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Data / document management system experience
• Knowledge of wet infrastructure and networks
• Ability to work alone and use his/her initiative
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• BE or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or I.T.I. Civil / Mech / Electical. draftsman
• 3-6 years of experience.
• Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Computer Aided Design experience.
• 3D Modelling and design experience using Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Software applications such as Bentley AECOsim Building Designer, Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley Microstation, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Open Road
• Knowledge and project experience of working and delivering in a BIM environment
• Should be good team player
• Good oral and written communication skills

Skills Required
