Design Enablement Engineer (DFT)

• Do the DFT verification & debug

•  Write the DFT script using python

Job Requirement:

• From 2 years of work experience in the related field.   

• Possess knowledge of JTAG (IEEE1687 or IEEE1149.1)

• Familiar with SCAN using the Tessent tool (insertion, pattern generation, and verification)

• Knowledge of MBIST using the Tessent tool is a plus.

• Understand the DFT development flow, mapping from requirement to actual implementation.

• Can use script language (such as python, csh ... .etc,)

• Familiarity with AI applications and automation coding is a plus.

• Knowledge of Renesas DFT/STA development flow is an advantage.

• Strong document writing skills.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Telecoms/Electronics or similar.
