Your place in our story

The Design Centre Receptionist is responsible for all receptionist and administrative duties to support the Design Centre team and provide an exceptional customer experience to all Minto purchasers.

 

Here’s how you’ll contribute 

  • Provide exceptional customer experience for all visitors and callers to the Minto Design Centre

  • Greet homeowners and potential purchasers in the Design Centre

  • Answer telephone and email inquiries

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a welcoming showroom environment

  • Contacting and scheduling homeowner Design Centre appointments with Design Consultants to achieve completion of selections prior to construction of homes within the required timeline

  • Maintain and update schedules for Design Consultants in Microsoft Outlook and Newstar, including tracking and rescheduling homeowners

  • Process payments for upgrades from homeowners (debit, cheque, credit card)

  • Maintain front office coffee bar and order supplies when needed, including serving coffee and tea to customers

  • Support sales team in coordinating browsing appointments as needed

  • Represent the Minto brand by upholding the company’s mission, values, and code of conduct

  • Perform other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management

  • Previous work experience is an asset

  • Bilingual in French & English

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on positive client experiences

  • Time management, organizational skills and detail-oriented

  • Strong initiative

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

 

Hiring pay range rate: $50,00-$55,000
