What will you be responsible for?

Customer Success Design Architects play a key role in designing and driving Customer onboarding, solutioning and ongoing adoption and usage of AppViewX product. You will gather key information to design AppViewX solutions for customers IT Network infrastructure and Public Key Infrastructure problems. You will combine your deep technical knowledge, creativity and solution design experience with an understanding of customer business objectives /challenges to help customers maximize the value of AppViewX products.

Onboarding

• Working with our Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Implementation Architects, design AppViewX technology solutions to solve specific business challenges for our new customers
• Address customer objectives/success criteria with in-depth technical attention to help customer Go-live quickly.

Adoption and Value Quantification

• Working with our Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Implementation Architects, design additional AppViewX technology to solve specific business challenges for our new customers
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and lead by assisting with project technical challenges
• Identify new use cases as part of account growth/renewal strategy

Customer Experience/Engagement

• Use your experiences working with customers to provide feedback to the rest of the AppViewX organization on how we can improve the customer experience, speed time-to-value, and create greater benefits for our customers
• Contribute to Customer Business Reviews highlighting potential areas of improvements.

 Roadmap Planning

• Partner closely with other cross-functional team members (e.g., sales, product management, support, services, delivery) to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions
• Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements and long-term roadmap based on customer/industry priorities.

 What do we require?

• Minimum 6 years’ experience working in a technical architectural design role (such as Enterprise Design Architect, Application Design Architect, Solution Architect)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in customer-facing technical roles, preferably in a post-sales capacity for a SaaS company with enterprise software products
• Domain knowledge on PKI, DNS, Active Directory, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards
  • Experience with Certificate Life Cycle management/operations
  • Experience with PKI implementation processes
  • Experience with PKI integrations, MS Intune, SCEP, other enrollment practices
• Hands on experience with:
  • Kubernetes
  • Linux command line/ Windows server management
  • Apache, IIS - application expertise
  • Database management/configuration (SQL, MYSQL, Mongo)
  • Salesforce/JIRA
• CISSP / CISM / CISA is preferred
• Excellent organization, troubleshooting, problem solving, deployment and multitasking skills with ability to learn new technology at a fast pace
• Worked and interacted with F500 organizations
• Creating complex technical designs and diagrams using diagram and vector graphics applications (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
