Design and Data Expert (W/M)

We are seeking a Design and Data Expert (W/M) to be based in Bengaluru. The Design and Data Expert will be responsible for coordinating and creating manufacturing drawings and data that adhere to Global Sartorius standards. The position holder will collaborate closely with stakeholders from Operations, Supply Planning, Engineering, Quality, Production, Product Management, and other departments to develop and integrate accurate data for product manufacturing.

What you will accomplish together with us

As a Design and Data Expert, you will accomplish the following:

Enhance Manufacturing Processes:

• Develop and coordinate high-quality manufacturing drawings and data that align with Sartorius standards, ensuring efficient and accurate production processes.

Collaborative Integration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Planning, Engineering, Quality, Production, and Product Management to integrate data-driven insights into manufacturing.

Drive Innovation:

• Utilize design thinking and data analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in product manufacturing and development.

Ensure Quality and Compliance:

• Ensure all designs and data comply with global standards and regulations, maintaining the highest quality in manufacturing outputs.

Support Strategic Objectives:

• Contribute to strategic objectives by providing data-backed insights that inform decision-making and support the company’s growth and efficiency goals.

Facilitate Effective Communication:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables, fostering a collaborative work environment.

What will convince us​:

• Bachelor of Engineering or any equivalent degree

• Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and design thinking.

• Proficiency with Visio, CAD Tools, SAP is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Creative design skills with an understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Experience working in a data-driven role with a focus on design and analytics.

• Experience in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
