Join a creative, supportive team - collaborate closely with our Warsaw HQ and fellow Design Advisors across Europe, share ideas, learn from each other, gather customer insights, and help shape the future of Tylko's offline retail experience while keeping the space beautifully presented.
Own the kiosk - help us launch and run our brand-new Design Studio, take responsibility for its daily operations, organise shifts, and make sure both the team and the space deliver an exceptional experience every day.

You have previous experience working with customers - whether in retail, a design showroom, a concept store, or even your favourite neighbourhood café.
You genuinely love design, interiors, architecture, or furniture, and enjoy inspiring others.
You naturally connect with people, build trust quickly, and love creating memorable customer experiences.
You're proactive, hands-on, and enjoy taking ownership rather than waiting for someone else to solve the problem.
You're comfortable with digital tools and excited by innovative products.
You speak Dutch and English fluently.
For the Team Lead role: you're an organised leader who enjoys planning shifts, coordinating people, solving day-to-day challenges, and helping a team perform at its best.

Skills Required
- Passion for design, furniture, and architecture (studies or genuine personal interest)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Ability to explain technical product details simply and enthusiastically
- Openness and confidence with customers; ability to build trust and give thoughtful design advice
- First experience leading or mentoring others, or clear drive to step into a team-lead role
- Comfort with digital tools such as a product configurator and CRM system
- Collaborative, team-first mindset
- Proactive approach with a bias for taking initiative
- Enthusiasm for working with innovative products and creating exceptional customer experiences
- Previous customer-facing experience (retail, showroom, hospitality, or services)
