You have previous experience working with customers — whether in retail, a design showroom, a concept store, or even your favourite neighbourhood café.
You genuinely love design, interiors, architecture, or furniture.
You naturally connect with people and enjoy creating memorable customer experiences.
You're proactive, curious, and comfortable using digital tools.
You speak Dutch and English fluently.

Skills Required
- Passion for design, furniture, and architecture (studies or genuine personal interest)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Ability to explain technical product details simply and enthusiastically
- Comfort using digital tools such as a product configurator and CRM system
- Openness and confidence with customers; ability to quickly build trust and understand needs
- Collaborative, team-first mindset
- Proactive approach and bias for taking initiative
- Enthusiasm for innovative products and creating exceptional customer experiences
- Previous customer-facing experience (retail, showroom, hospitality, or services)
