O Desenvolvedor de Negócios desempenhará um papel essencial na promoção do crescimento sustentável do nosso negócio de Equipamento Novo. O seu desempenho permitirá à empresa expandir a sua presença em projetos estratégicos, reforçar parcerias com clientes-chave e garantir que as nossas soluções sejam consideradas desde as fases iniciais dos projetos. Trata-se de uma função que tem um impacto direto na expansão da marca e na criação de oportunidades que sustentam o futuro da operação.

Procuramos um profissional altamente proativo, com grande capacidade para identificar novas oportunidades de negócio e antecipar as exigências do mercado. A missão desta função consiste em mapear lançamentos imobiliários, abordar empresas de construção e promotores imobiliários e posicionar as nossas soluções logo nas fases iniciais dos projetos, o que requer uma visão consultiva, facilidade no relacionamento com engenheiros, arquitetos e outros decisores, bem como a capacidade de estabelecer parcerias sólidas e estratégicas.

O que irá fazer no dia-a-dia:

Responsável pelo desenvolvimento de novos negócios através da prospecção ativa e da gestão estratégica da carteira, garantindo a abertura de mercados, a expansão da carteira de clientes e o reforço das relações com os clientes.

  • Gerar novas oportunidades e trazer novos clientes para a empresa

  • Gerir as relações com os clientes

  • Coordenação interna com equipas multidisciplinares (Marketing, engenharia, operações, jurídico, financeiro) e garantir o alinhamento técnico e comercial

  • Fazer chamadas não solicitadas, enviar e-mails não solicitados e contactar através do LinkedIn

  • Pesquisar potenciais clientes, mapear mercados e identificar oportunidades

  • Liderar o mapeamento e a qualificação

  • Agendar e conduzir reuniões de vendas

  • Alimentar e atualizar o CRM com as oportunidades geradas

  • Prever receitas e manter um pipeline de vendas saudável

  • Preparar orçamentos, propostas comerciais e termos técnicos

  • Negociar termos comerciais até ao fecho do negócio e entrega ao cliente

Requisitos essenciais (obrigatórios)

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia, Tecnologia, Arquitetura ou áreas afins

  • Experiência como Hunter e Farmer

  • Capacidade de gerar leads e angariar novos clientes

  • Abordagem ativa, disciplinada e orientada para objetivos

  • Excelentes competências de comunicação oral e escrita

  • Capacidade de realizar apresentações comerciais e reuniões executivas

  • Fortes competências de negociação e de fecho de negócios

  • Mentalidade proativa e prática

  • Capacidade de vender soluções, não apenas produtos

Diferenciais (desejáveis)

  • Conhecimento do setor (Construção, Engenharia, Arquitetura, Design, etc.)
