What awaits you?You'll work closely with the store manager and take full responsibility for running the store in their absence.
You'll lead a team of Sales Assistants - supporting them, helping with shift organisation, onboarding new starters, and keeping motivation high day to day.
You'll keep an eye on the operational details that make the difference between a great store and an average one - from the till and stockroom to orders, replenishment, and perfectly stocked shelves.
You'll actively engage with customers, help them find the right products, and represent Vilgain in a way that makes them want to come back.
You'll take care of the store's atmosphere - making sure the team works well together, customers feel welcome, and every detail reflects how Vilgain should look and feel.
You'll also get involved in broader retail projects that help move our stores forward.
You have retail experience and already know that a great store isn't just about sales - it's about the team, energy, organisation, and attention to detail.
You lead people naturally - it's not just about delegating tasks, it's about making sure the team understands why things matter.
You're proactive and don't wait to be told every step. You see what needs to be done and you go for it.
You're interested in a healthy lifestyle, quality food, supplements, or sports nutrition and want to share that knowledge with others.
You can handle a fast pace, changes, and the operational challenges that come with a new store opening.
You're comfortable working shifts and understand that retail requires flexibility, accountability, and a willingness to lead by example.
English at B2 level or above.
New knowledge and skills through training and workshops (e.g. language courses or healthy lifestyle topics).

Salary: 7,150 PLN gross + bonus up to 1,300 PLN based on store KPI performance.
Skills Required
- Retail experience
- Experience leading or managing store teams / people management
- Proactive, self-starting attitude
- Store operations experience (till, stockroom, orders, replenishment, merchandising)
- Ability to handle fast pace, change, and operational challenges (new store opening experience preferred)
- Comfortable working shifts and flexible schedule
- English at B2 level or above
- Interest in healthy lifestyle, quality food, supplements, or sports nutrition
