About the role 

Reporting to the Territory Manager, the Depot Operations Coordinator will be responsible for customer service, order processing, reporting, stock management, administration and completion of routine depot compliance tasks. Based in Hemmant, working hours will be Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm and will require the flexibility to be on call.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers of the depot including responding to customer queries, generate quotes, recording sales and managing ongoing orders
  • Completion of day-to- day administrative duties to support the depot
  • Receipting, warehousing, reconciliation, dispatch and delivery of packaged lubricants products
  • Steward health, safety and wellbeing across all depot activities
  • Completion of routine depot compliance, maintenance and inspection tasks
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Depot Manager

 

About you: 

You are an experienced professional in a similar role who thrives working in a team environment. You display a ‘can do’ attitude, self-motivated and always willing to take on a challenge. You have a strong focus and passion in providing a high level of service to Customers. You have a high focus on safety and compliance and understand the importance of our customers.

 

Qualification & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong administration skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Current forklift licence is desirable
  • Customer service and stock control experience
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Understanding of safe work practices and transport/logistics
  • Experience in dangerous goods/ petroleum industry is desirable however not mandatory.
