Activity management
- Manages an action plan within their area of responsibility.
- Analyzes the operating accounts in order to improve the profitability of the sales outlet
- Optimizes vehicle rotation by using management tools and utilisation rates in order to allocate the right vehicle to the correct reservations
- Ensures that the vehicle fleet is maintained in compliance with standards
- Defines the number of teams required for the business and oversees the wage bill
Customer relations and business development
- Implements the contractual promise (life of the contract, satisfaction, after-sales service)
- Develops customer relations with their portfolio to build loyalty, renew contracts and develop their fleets
- Promotes the product and services offered to prospects and customers

Team management
- Regularly leads strategic operational meetings on current priorities and management indicators
- Allocates tasks and manages their planning in line with the level of activity (peaks/seasons) in order to ensure the best performance from the branch
- Supports and trains their team on a day-to-day basis
Site management
- Ensures the safety of the entire site
- Guarantees good working conditions for their team
- Ensures that schedules, working hours and on call duty are respected
