Position Purpose and Objectives
Under occasional supervision, this position processes member setup, maintenance and documentation requests. Employee provides quality customer service to internal and external customers that meets and exceeds expectations.
Major Duties and Essential Functions

- Processes member requests and maintenance daily for, new accounts, closed accounts, account maintenance and IRA transactions.
- Complete requests for producing member letters, document copies and performing complex research .
- Complete daily mail room and records duties.
- Complete monthly maintenance as scheduled on accounts and member records.
- Assist branch staff with member-related questions regarding IRAs, estate/deceased accounts.
- Review trust and Power of Attorney documents.
- Support processes related to unclaimed property reporting and/or subpoenas.
- Expected to learn and perform other assigned backup duties including scanning records into the records imaging repository.
- Take calls from internal staff via a support line.
- Converse with members in relation to processes/functions owned by the Deposit Services team.
- Manage workload of assigned projects and tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- All other duties will be assigned by the manager, as needed.

Requirements
Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position:
- MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Adobe)
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and within a small team environment.
- Strong collaboration and written/verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment, the ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
One to two years of credit union/banking experience relating to financial institution operations.
Skills Required
