First Western is currently seeking a Deposit Review Specialist in Northwest Arkansas, for our Bank Operations team. Individuals in this position are responsible for file processing, performing report and account reviews, correcting errors, completing asset verification requests and conducting research for customers as needed. Cross-training in other areas of the bank operations department will be necessary to provide backup for other team members. This role works directly as an internal contact for front line team members. Banking experience with familiarity of banking regulations is preferred.
